T'Mahk Too - Comments on On the Menu Today

Today I get to make meals for people again. I like doing this because it is a "ministry" thing I can be involved in, without leaving my children somewhere, it's something they can be present for and even sometimes help...

That's ok, this was a nice one and turned out good. This was called (in it's unadulterated form) peanut butter silk pie. It had cream cheese and whipped topping for the 'light' pb part, but it also had a fudge layer ... I think it was good, even if it wasn't the same as Van's. Maybe we can raid the CC Kitchen for it. Unless Karin has it?? The soup and bread turned out well, too, I think. I should've seasoned the soup a little more. Ramble ramble ....
