I got this via email from my friend BusyHSmom, but I tend not to forward such emails. But I thought I could post it on my blog, and if you want to tag yourself and do it, that would be fun. Why not post in the comments if you blog it, too.

1.What is your occupation? Stay-at-home, homeschooling mom

2. What color are your socks right now? charcoal gray. How dull is that? I own much more colorful socks.

3. What are you listening to right now? white noise from the monitor in the room where my not-quite-2 year old is sleeping, and the muted sounds of the children playing in the snow

4. What was the last thing that you ate? Baked Lays

5. Can you drive a stick shift? Sure can. Although since I no longer do it regularly, I goof up, sometimes.

6. Last person you spoke to on the phone? Um ... Um ... I guess it was the Grand Lunar, yesterday afternoon, when he called to see how my back was doing and whether he should rescue me from taking the children to mom's.

7. Do you like the person who sent this to you? I sure do!

8. How old are you today? 38 as of Valentine's Day!

9. Favorite drink? Hm. Fresca or Caffeine Free Diet Coke. When not expecting I also like Mike's Hard Cranberry Lemonade and Smirnoff Twisted Raspberry. I loved the Mandarin Orange, too, but I don't think they make it now.

10. What is your favorite sport to watch? Please don't make me watch sports.

11. Have you ever dyed your hair? Ha ha ha ha!

12. Pets? Two cats. For Sale. Cheap.

13. Favorite food? Doritos. Hershey Kissables. Chinese Buffet.

14. What was the last movie you watched? Um .... The Kid. It made me cry.

15. What is your favorite day of the year? Ummm ... date night for our anniversary.

16. How do you vent anger? Anger? Me?

17. What was your favorite toy as a child? I used to collect koalas. But my long term favorite toy was my bear, Pandy, seen below.

18. What is your favorite season, fall or Spring ? Spring, hands down.

19. Hugs or kisses? Hugs. And Kissables. Oh, not the candy kind? Probably hugs.

20. Cherries or Blueberries? Fresh: blueberries. Dried: cherries.

21. Do you want your friends to email you back? They can blog it if they want, no pressure.

24. Living arrangements? 1940 ranch with an upstairs bumped out from an attic and several other additions. Painted a lovely shade of camel.

25. When was the last time you cried? Today. You got a problem with that? **addendum** NOW the last time I cried is when my husband mocked all my typos. Which are now corrected in red, so you know how much I was mocked. It's good to have a proof-reader. Makes me look less stupid.

26. What is on the floor of your closet? Totes of clothes for different seasons of fatness and nursing status.

27. Who is the friend you have known the longest that you are sending this to? Moogie and Kelly have known me since birth.

28. What did you do last night? Went to bed early to rest my back.

29. Favorite smells? Baby heads, homemade bread, hazelnut flavored things.

30. What inspires you? The Holy Spirit

31. What are you afraid of? Dawdling my life away and never really living fully for God's glory.

32. Plain, cheese or spicy hamburgers? Currently? No burgers! But my all time favorite burger, no joke, is a Quarter Pounder with Cheese.

33. Favorite dog breed? Gund.

34. Number of keys on your key ring? Um ... 4 or 5?

35. How many years at your current job? 14 as wife, and almost 12 years as a mom.

36. Favorite day of the week? I don't know. Tuesdays when I can sneak in a lunch date with The Grand Lunar.

37. How many states have you lived in? Massachusetts and Michigan

38. Favorite holiday? Valentine's Day (see above) ... no, really it's probably Christmas and Easter ~ without the life, death, and resurrection of Christ, my life would have no true meaning.
