YES! I like that smile and it looks great once situated....I 'spose a zipper would cut the snuggle circular effect...alas But that makes it a one of its kind!

Oh, but she's so happy! And it's cute. How very creative of you. Maybe you find something that works perfectly someday.

Those are beautiful, Kim!! I would use the 1st one for dolls. I love the colors.

You're such a good mommy. Gentle and sweet.

Have a wonderful Sunday, hugs, Robin

Have you ever had to deal with allergies/gluten-free of any sort before?

Maybe for version 4.0, you could make a seperate hood and sock. I think it would be faster to pull the sock part over her body. It wouldn't be as cute as the one she's in now but it's something to think about.

Or what about making something that buttons up the front for a couple of buttons on her chest. that might make it easier for her to get in.

Could you put her in from the bottom up, instead of going over her head?

That is sooo cute, though. Little Seven looks so sweet and peaceful.

Kim,

I love that concept. And I personally like the button idea so you could slide it up from the bottom and then button up a couple buttons to finish. I love the colors and Seven looks VERY happy - even like she's smiling!! :)

I suppose I could do some buttons, I was just *wanting* the whole pull on snugly idea, to make it quick and easy to snug the arms down. I guess it didn't really turn out that way, though. I'm not sure there'll be a v. 4.0, though, although Buzz put THIS one on (remind me to post a pic) and wants me to make HIM one, LOL ... he's so silly.

But I've got my eye on a new knitting project, one that's bigger and more challenging than anything I've done. I figure at the rate I knit, I should get it done before Seven is out of college :-P

That's incredibly creative and beautiful! And those babies look way adorable in them. Consider the first two prototypes, and just keep at them till you get it how you want it and then, voila!
You'll make your millions!

Congratulations on your precious baby!! I haven't visited your blog in a while and didn't know you had given birth. I'll email you soon cuz I want to know her real name. The snuggly things look great to me. Happy babies mean you did a good job on the knitting, even if they are a little hard to get on the baby.
Seven looks like a little pea in a pea pod. So cute, love that smile on her face.
