Have you ever tried the Core Program by Peggy Brille (I think)? I have tremendously loose hips from all these babies, but I always feel better after a few weeks of strengthening my core (trunk) using these exercises. It really is great and the exercises aren't difficult to learn or do. I know the library has the book. :) Hugs to you my friend and I hope you can get your hips straightened out. Just remember, Paul tells us to continue running. LOL, I know he meant in our faith, but I think that if this is something you really want, you will be blessed for persevering through these trials. Oh, and stop saying you're trying to be a runner. You are a runner. You run, don't you? Me, I'm not a runner. You? You're a runner!
